End of an Era

"After ten years of production, filming of the Harry Potter movies is set to wrap today, June 12th. According to a twitter update by actor Warwick Davis (Professor Flitwick and Griphook), principal photography on "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" was completed today..."

"A bit more today on the final day of filming for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" comes again from the Twitter account of actor Warwick Davis. The Professor Flitwick and Griphook actor tweeted that Rupert Grint, who portrays the character of Ron Weasley, arrived on set in his much talked about ice cream van, and served the cast and crew with frozen treats."

Pete! It's Handsome Pete... No aversion to entering other peoples' cars and homes... I had to fish him out of the basement of the old home... Him, I'll miss...

Moca knew the move was coming... she began to sit on my lap while I was watching my new favorite show... and sleep 'till she was tired of me petting her. She's all by her lonesome right now... can't wait to give her a good head and ear rub!

Thank-all-that-is-shiny! that there are DVDs! Haven't had cable since the 1st and I've had to live off of DVDs (ofmynewfavoriteshow), and I'm almost caught up completely...

Even though I do know that The Tales of Beedle the Bard is due out tomorrow, I can honestly say that I was, suprisingly, not too excited about its release. That is until I happened to walk into our huge cage at the blaws today... and saw this...


...that's when the squees bubbled up to the surface... now I have to buy it... especially at 40% off the cover price... does it seem terribly wrong that I am going to get a charity item at a lower price? *Conflicting thoughts about ripping off a charity... sigh*
